Split-Side (Quarter) Dry Aged Beef

Price per pound ($8.15)

Price is based on hanging rail weight & includes the cutting & wrapping services. All orders are dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. Typical yield of 100 – 125 lbs of packaged meat.

Payment due at time of order is a non-refundable deposit.  Final invoicing will determine the final price of order and subtract the deposit from the final total. 

A dry-aged quarter of beef comprising a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. A split-side will ensure cuts are included from both the front and hind quarters of the animal. Orders can be customized to suit your preferences, and many extras are available including the offals, optional sausage and jerky orders, and soup bones.

  • Because many of our products are priced per pound and may vary slightly in weight, the total cost of an order cannot always be finalized at the time of purchase. Customers will receive an estimated total at checkout, with a final invoice issued once the order is prepared and exact weights are confirmed.
  • When you receive your order, you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
  • We recommend that you eat all thawed meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results – or keep in the freezer to consumer later
  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours
